How does he know your budget. My mate won just under a million on the lottery 15 years ago, he went into the local Bmw dealer(Browns Hereford) and was looking at a new M3 and asked for a test drive. The salesman laughed at him and told my mate to stop wasting his time,so my mate walked out and bought a new Impreza, should of seen the salesmans face a couple of days later when his boss got the full story.This is what i would of said  "Your P45's in the post tosser"

There will always be somewhere to take it off tarmac. There have even been some cases of winning routes back from the antis after a lot of detailed research and assembling of evidence, although that battle is likely to carry on for a while as they'll use every appeal they can lay hands on to keep other users out of the countryside. Plenty of pay and play sites about if you want to play in mud holes too.

Just don't bother with them again, there are plenty of good independent specialists out there. 90s usually seem to attract daft prices, especially in rural areas as the farmers don't let them go until they disintegrate.
