Sect 59 Notices have been issued over illegal access onto Forestry Commission land.

You take your own risks accessing the site.

I didn't know Tuff Terrains did "open to all" P&P days? I thought they were only open to organised events and to run driver training courses?

Not sure if they are open to all, i think it's more a case of being in an organized club and booking the site for a day. The only way to find out is to phone and ask i suppose.
