Hey,

My name's Ed, shown this site by a colleague today and very impressed.

Bought an early Series 3 about 6 months ago - supposedly part restored looked ok at first but over first few weeks found more and more bodges.  Stripped back into a rolling chassis now - plenty of welding etc. to do. 

This is my first major restoration so I'd appreciate all the advice / help I can get!   :)

Wherabouts in Northants?

If you are down Towcester way, there's a bunch of us who meet at The Boat, Stoke Bruerne on the first Monday of the month.  We're mostly Disco, 90 and (whispers quietly) a Frontera.  We also have a mahoooosive RR with lots of HD bumpers and stuff... needs flotation tyres to stop it falling through the tarmac!

You'd be most welcome!
