gearbox R380 grind into second gear

is it best I get a new box or can this be fixed??

A common fault.

How bad is it ?
If it's only slight it will last for ages, slower gearchanges help and\or double declutching.

New\second hand 'box time on the horizon.

its not that bad stil drivable. Haha i never got the hang of duble clutch. I can fit a box no problem just wonderd if this one can be reapaired

dont forget its a landrover not a scooby  slow gear changes are best my old disco ground 1st to second and third to fourth wen i got it . but lowed my gear changes down by about 2 seconds and you couldnt notice it eaven when i took the queen ( mum ) out
