Which is bank A?

(1/2) > >>

Jonny Boaterboy:
The lambard sensor (oxygen sensor) on my 1994 3.9 V8 is playing up cauing the amber "check engine light" to come on it says it is the sensor on Bank A...... does any one know which side that is?

And should I replace it with a genuine (

Rossko:
What's telling you it is bank A?
This would be the cylinder 1 side, left hand side, nearside in UK

Go to local motor factors and order up an NTK one, this is the original part in an NTK box rather than a Land Rover box at half the price.

Jonny Boaterboy:
Thanks Rossko, I got my local independent Land Rover dealer to plug in and read why the "check engine light" was on, it came back that the oxygen sensor was at fault.

So NTK made the originals? I have never heard of NTK before? I did the same with the ABS sensor i.e. brought the same part of the original sensor sound like a good idea, thanks

Range Rover Blues:
I've been looking at some on E-bay so let us know how much your factor wants.  I think the cheapest I found is around 50-50 ish on the bay.
