Any vehicle can dislocate it's springs if you try hard enough.
If you're going to go to that sort of axle-movement, you need to also think about extended brake-lines; long-travel shockers; castor-corrected radius arms; and wide-yoke propshafts.
Personally, I've clamped my springs in place, so they don't drop..... and don't re-seat "off-center"

With standard springs you should find they relocate, the blade on the outside of the spring seat is designed to catch any errant spring. It doesn't work with extra long springs

you should be fine without any mods on just a 2'' lift
just carry a spare prop as the ujs tend to go prety rapidley with a lift
