discovery leaning to drivers side

(1/2) > >>

ross501:
i have a 300tdi discovery and it has started to lean to the drivers side it is 50mm 2 inches lower on the drivers side front have changed the springs and it still leans to one side  need suggestions and advice as to what could be wrong

fuzzy:
check your body outriggers, sorry to say it but if they are under attack from the tinworm it could be that the body is twisting on the chassis. :-k  :->

bogie:
Go on a diet!!! Could be worn bushes???????????

landroverkeith:
does it have a lift on it ? I noticed mine leaning badly to one side because I had flipped one side of the anti roll bar upside down   Lack of spacers on the bar caused this  :-k

Range Rover Blues:
Also there was that thing about Disco chassias being twisted I read somewhere.  (the driver's side spring was longer)

Standard springs would have been stiffer on one side wouldn't they? the driver's side IIRC.

If a LR leans to one side for any length of time the radius arm bushes "creep" aqnd take up a permenant deformation that keeps the lean to that side, new springs don't fix it but swapping the radius arms side to side will.
