New guy here with a v6 lada

Hello guys :)
Thought I would introduce myself as this forum was recommended to me by a fellow member of the nnoc at the weekend.

Basically my name is Simon Allen, I'm 23, and I have a p reg lada niva that I've fitted with a 2.9v6 engine and auto box from a ford granada. It's lifted 80mm and is currently running 205r16 maxi cross tyres temptorarily until I can get time to fit my 750r16 super mud pluggas with my offset wheels. I've got a lot of cutting to do... Up front there is a champion cheapy cheap ebay winch on a bumper that I made myself. The car was featured in december 2009 in 4x4i magazine and is all my own work. Plans are afoot to enter a lesser challenge event and see how I get on as up until now I have just played about.

Anyway here are acouple of pics...



no action shots of it with the winch on it yet but I already have further plans afoot for the front end of it again involving pushing the winch as far back into the car as possible and then doing a rear radiator conversion.
