New bulkhead

Just while im on and remember to tell everyone, I priced a bulkhead today from my local dealer.

TD5 £900+VAT but they dont make them anymore apparently.

Brand new 2.4TDCI bulhead £309+vat !!!! They say the only big differance is the vents dont open, surely the transmission arch would be different too as its a new gearbox now?

Anyway does anyone know the feasability of making one fit to a 95 defender. I think its worth a punt.
