Anyone know what this is all about?

I saw 2 transporters travelling south on the M1 today. I caught them up (took ages, blooming speed limiters on H.G.V's) and followed them down the A421 towards Bedford (stalker, no honest. I was going that way!)
They appear to have 4 Land Rovers on each under covers. They where smashed up too.
There was 2 new Disco's, 2 Rangie's and 4 Rangie sport's.
Anyone know what its all about??
I pressume that they've been crash tested and are going somewhere to be examined.

They might of come from MIRA (Motor Industry Research Association)
on the A5 near me, They do alot of smashing up of new vehicles there.

Or on their way to Millbrook perhaps for analysis or something?

Maybe used on a movie i.e Bond.

All possible i suppose :D
