navara d22 engine problems

I've been told about that engine failure on d22 nav's but does anyone know if its all the d22's that are likely to suffer from it or only those produced between certain years?

Not sure if its all d22's
mines a 52 plate with 70000 on the clock and i blew mine 5mths ago

  i was told that if you take your engine number to nissan they would tell you if it was"more likely" to suffer serious engine failure!
