just bought a rav4

hi folks as the title says just got the wife a 03 rav4 diesel with the large fascia radio cassette just wondered if any body knew what after market c.d auto changers would hook up to this unit and is it also compatable with a sat nav unit seems to have some buttons which suggests it  does ?
