Series Brake Servo part 2

Bought a new Brake servo today. Its been fitted and i have still the same none assistants from the servo. Hard pedal. Any ideas.

the vacuum take off point on the manifold isn't blocked with coke and crud is it, hose not leaking/collapsing/blocked

Is it petrol or diesel???

At a guess was your s3 a petrol and the s2 diesel???
