slave cylinder

POTASH:
can anyone explain why after nearly rupturing myself and snapping a spanner tring to undo the nipple on my 200 tdi disco slave cylinder i found if i turned it clockwise it undoes and anti clockwise tightens it, but on the new one ive bought its normal anticlockwise undoes it  :-o

seriously though I've never heard of that but hey it is a landrover after all & maybe some one on a Friday afternoon @ Solihull has a sick sense of humor as well  :shock:
