Yes they will, although strictly speaking you should change the wheel studs in the hub for 300tdi ones cos there a little longer.  On the studs you have the thread will be a little (about 1/2 to 1 thread) below the outside edge of the nut.  I know several guys who run like this and none of them have had an issue even at MOT time.
