Rear wiper motor

My rear wiper motor on my 200 has decided to die. I have been offered one off a 300. My question is will it fit/are they the same.

The electrics pin might be different from 200 to 300 but just cut it out and solder the wires  :)

Funny you should say that but when my Dad and I were talking about it yesterday we both said you can bet they changed the plug or something equally simple and daft!!!
