I can't open the door from the outside, inside is fine. I've taken the card off to investigate and there is a little white plastic rod that pushes against a plate inside the door when the handle is pulled. Mine just bends, any ideas where I can get a replacement from?

Another Disco.  TBH they all bend a bit, make sure the mechanism isn't too stiff for the handle.

Crispywombat:
I reckoned that much so I just gave it a good old clean up and bent the rod so that the handle doesn't need to push so far.
