TD5 Power loss - Help please..

Can anyone help please, my TD5 has lost power, won't pull more than 50/55mph! I came up Blue bank near Whitby this afternoon and strugled to reach the top  Coming up the steep hill, it was surging - sort of power on then power off all the way to the top, very strange.. any ideas please.....

Thanks, just seen that, and ordered a new modulator...   :clap:

wastegate siezed up sending the engine into overboost and shutting it down to drop the pressure
