Hi lads i worked there for 2 and a half years and when i went to get addvice thats what i was told he should pay
its only been scince i said i would take him for unfair dissmissal that he is not paying the notice and reduancy he said what he paid was what i worked and my holiday and that was it   it was then he said about the rest of it
i wet in on a monday morning and he said there was no work and he was laying me off there and then !

  if i was a betting man id say his new employee is either a family member or a drinking buddy? am i right? or am i just sceptical?
