Replacment Heater Controls

Hello

My controls for the heating (the hot/cold and windscreen/cab) have worn to the point where they've become unusable. I've tried the usual places for replacement controls and cables but can't find any.

Has anyone got any idea where I can get replacements?

Its a Series III btw
