How can I find out if I can remove a no plate of a vehicle and sell it... :?

^^^ what he said, also there time limit of when it was last taxed and mot'd, detail on DVLA webby as well as the relevant forms.

12 months after tax and test have expired, must have old mot cert, (when I did mine) and be declared sorn without a break  ;)
