KingWolf:
The ex has already agreed to pay for half of it anyway so happy days on that front

And I'm pretty sure it's all straight forward but as always I just want to make sure it's all done correctly and above board. I think I'm just worrying too much if I'm being honest.

Mark.

Mutz:
At least go to Citizens advice, best, see a divorce solicitor.

You have to have a clean break, she will be after everything she can; believe me there is no such thing as an amicable divorce.

I cringe when i think about what my ex got outta me.

wormster:
Hey Fella,

Am somewhere further down the line............

Get shysters to draw up some kind of manageable split. Go yer separate ways for 2 years. File for divorce.

Should be easy for you: No kids, property, adultery (hopefully)

Just remember the phrase "The marrige has irretreivaly broken down." gets you out of a whole world of pain!

Bishops Finger:
Sorry to hear this Si

If you need a solicitor which I hope it aint needed do know some shire ones

Good luck

Stew
