muddee:
all ive heard about britpart is your buying sh**parts really, not good stuff at all i hope this helps make up your mind :D :D

tack43:
I used some Britpart rear springs and they sagged by 30mm in 12 months. Changed to Bearmach and had no problems in 2 years. I would recommend Bearmach parts over Britpart just on appearance alone. They look better made.  :D

TEMPER593:
Dont bother mate everything i've had that has had the britpart badge on has been crap!

It lasts its warranty and then dies.

: alternator just over a year old smashed to pieces
: track rod end rubbers split in 7 months
: wheel bearings gone in 8 months
: hub bearing locking washers that dont fit so u have to file them all down.

All cheap and not so chearfull!

Sadly u get what u pay for thats why they're cheap.

Cheers TEMP

Keaney:
Check out Devon 4x4's website. Simon is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to mods.

have you looked at the genuine spring rates for the Discovery and see if they do a HD set? my 90 runs standard rears on the front and HD rears on the back which gives approx' 1" of lift. it might be worth a look and see what is available for the Disco, the genuine springs were only about £30 each and the insurance company are informed it is a HD set up and not a modification...

why do you feel you need a 2" lift on your Disco? what's wrong with the current setup?

Ian

denzil:
