RR heater matrix

a friend of mine has an old RR (1990) (vm engine in it) and the bearings in the ehater has packed up. It also has air con which he said is U S.

Anyone know of a heater or if a disco 200tdi one will fit?

He said he cant get the bearings for it anymore.
