how is this still tax exempt?

I like it but surely with so many mods it will now need a sva and wont be tax exempt?

depends how long ago it was built as to if it needs an sva/iva

I reckon only tax exempt bit is the drivers side chassis leg, the one with the numbers on...............if there are any !

that is what I was thinking. Also the roof is a disco one and the bonnet from a range rover!

From what I can tell from the pics it looks like a hidden hinge model so it will be a rebody on an early chassis to start out with I'm on my phone so might be wrong
