Would explain things. I'll get one of them 15mm taps or ball valve and hope the fittings are same thread as I do not want to soldering olives and the likes (or are they compression?) . There is enough room below tap to fit the freezer jacket (don't know why I thought only 3 inch it's more like 7).  Was nice to have a hot shower last night  :clap:, that freeze block lasted near enough 2 hours!

1/2" imperial won't fit 15mm metric thought you can get a metric/imperial compression fitting to join the 2. Olives are compression fit not soldered.
