Not if you lived in a lot of Australia, & needed to go shopping ;)

3 days later and just about halfway through the beef...   only so many cold beef sandwiches one can stuff in.  It's like a never ending cow flavoured turkey nightmare.    I'm going to cube the rest, fry up in ghee with some turmeric and cumin then make a dry curry.
