It's that time of year...

Saffy:
...and the casual thieves are at work in the Royal Mail. If trading over internet be wary of 'super saver' type delivery schemes where stuff is sent untracked via royal mail (ebuyer, amazon etc) as postal workers and Christmas casuals have deep pockets.  3 parcels "missing" here.

Disco Matt:
I'm always a bit more worried about the seasonal staff taken on to process orders by online stores. I'm pretty certain that my card was cloned by one of them a couple of years ago.

I am currently awaiting a handful of parcels, but I'm not especially worried. They'll arrive eventually. I doubt any postal worker is going to want a roll of pneumatic tubing (finally sorting my breathers out), a thirty year old camera, or a mouldy lens for same!

(The mould is only temporary. I'll be stripping the lens down and removing it)

Llanigraham:
What camera have you bought, Matt?

Range Rover Blues:
Trouble is they have to open it to find out it's worthless and they won't be doing that 'till they get it home.

Pentax MV this time - I have most of the M series cameras now along with a modern digital K-m that I use more often. The older film bodies get a roll of black and white now and again, just for the enjoyment of using an all-mechanical camera and then developing film at home.
