Well I guess some people just don't feel the need to save £136 a month  :roll: Mind you I reckon the black bullet proof Rangies with the out riders probably don't pay the Congestion Charge either ;)

Actually had a look in one of the armoured Rangies when I met General Sir Richard Dannatt (just the circles one moves in :lol:) Tough beastie it was but not as tough as the two shady looking blokes in the front seats :shock:
