defender 90 vibrations

Default 300tdi defender 90 vibration
recently got a horrible vibration when driving my defender.
only occurs above 30mph when acceleration. calms down when cruising using low revs, and down hills.
stops fully when the clutch is used when still moving over 30mph.

any ideas of what could cause this?
