pajero platic trim removal and re fit??

ive just bought a white pajero with grey trim the wheel arch trims and the bottom of the doors that are grey is scratched and some plastics are damaged , i need to remove all these and replace them off one in our local scrap yard , it will be cheeper than painting them all , has anyone taken trims off the arches or door bottoms , how hard is it and is there anything to look out for , cheers.
