Spent 2 weeks in August driving up the West coast of Scotland.  Just me and my wife in the trusty Hilux.  Rained pretty much every day but we still had a great time.  Some of the scenery is stunning!

Well worth the effort to drive from Torbay!!

was a great trip and really enjoyed it, as you can see above had some horrific weather but also had some nice days as well, was great to just drive off with no real plan for a week, even better to go with someone who like me never bothers about the weather, good or bad and just gets on with it.....

Anyone wanting a adventure within the mainland UK, i would recommend Scotland any day of the week :)
