does it have a timing chain or cam belt?

it's a 2006 model not sure on engine number at moment (it's the mrs bubble  :lipsrsealed: )  She say's she called an authorised dealer this afternoon and they said it was a chain and wouldn't normal ever need attention  :-k  She had a * weird* noise from engine when pulling into work this morning, I went had a look but found nothing obvious, was fine on a test screwing drive so it a mystery. I noted the mileage was about the point it would need it's first cam belt hence the question.

MITSUBUSHI COLT 1.3 2006 IS A CHAIN, THEY CHANGED FROM A CAM BELT IN MID 2004.
