D2 what tyre size ?

SWEETY:
Hi guy's just had the go ahead from my wife to fit a new set of tyres to my D2 V8 auto :P at the min it has 255/65R16 fitted & would like slightly larger tyres to gain a bit more ground clearance & hopefully gain a few extra MPG without affecting the gearing to much but not sure what size to go for as this is my 1st LR
