p38 2.5dse oil light

the other day while driving the oil light came on and stayed on recovered to yard changed oil and filter got it to running temp with no light on booted it round the yard oil light came back on then went out when dropped to tickover then when you rev light comes back on there are no funny noises coming from the engine sanyone had this problem or might know what it is

 :D it could be the bolt going throu the large pulley as this drives the oil pump
