is 3.5 A/C radiator same as 3.9 ?

My disco is a 1997 3.9 V8 and whilst having its latest engine work the thread on the bottom gland/fitting on the air conditioning radiator has stripped, I have the possibility of getting one from a 94
3.5. are they the same ??
