Very simple to fit, took about an hour.
Plenty of silcone later and its water tight

:rolleyes: in that case I'll keep the safari - already had a mushroom one that was like that (not mantec) and in my experience it was a troublesome arrangement  :( RTV silicone doesn't stick to the plastic wing fitting for long. The original plastic wing box thing collapses and stays collapsed when vacuum testing the system for leaks. The original pipe that fits to that wing thing is only a push fit and the silicone didn't last long there either. I never had piece of mind with it, so was won over by the nice lengthened hose attached directly to the snorkel base with proper jubilee clips as per the safari kit.
