Our TDi has just done 606 mileson one tank of dino juice, admitedly the fuel gauge had gone into hiding at the end, but that's 31.9MPG :thumbup:

Just shows what careful driving can achieve, normaly it does about 26.

Driving around on tick over! Everything is possible. On my series im getting 45mpg with a 200 ,5 speed box with a 1.211 transfer box at a nice steady 45-50mph.
1968 SERIES 2A ,200TDI TUNED,RANGE ROVER AXLES,ONE TON SHACKLES,CPC PARAS,ES3000,POLYBUSHED,ANACONDAS.                     1970 SERIES 2A, 200TDI TUNED,5 SPEED LT77 WITH LT230S TRANSFER BOX 1.211 RATIO.ZEUS DISKS ALLROUND.ES3000,MODIFIED 90 TANK,3.5 DIFFS.

That was me driving, hardly crawling around either (keeping up with traffic), jusat trying to keep the boost guage below 1/2 bar as much as possible.
