Will this fit?

Hovis:
I saw a link on here for this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120460004863&ssPageName=STRK:MEDWX:IT but it only had a look 2mins before it finished so didn't have time to have a look to see if it'll fit mine. I bid anyway but lost it, I've been given a second chance offer so two questions as I'm still very new to the whole LR thing! Mines a 1996 Disco ES V8i. Will this fit and is £30 inc delivery a good deal?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Frankie-Boy:

Not 100% sure if it'll fit, looks like it should though, dunno what you offered but the price it went for was £16.12 and just below that they've stated that postage would be £15, so not sure where the £30 was coming from.

They offered me a second chance, they had more than 1. My bid was for £15 so that plus the postage is £30.

Mines started to make some funny sounds and the power drops off at low revs. I checked the fluid and its fine, so gussed it might be time for a new one....at the right price obviously!

Frankie-Boy:
According to the Paddocks website the part number you bid on is for an earlier PAS pump, the one that is listed for yours is QVB101110 and is offered at £159 + vat.

Sorry to give you bad news  :(

Check it out here http://www.paddockspares.com/sp/abspage/2/SearchText/power%20steering%20pumps.html

Range Rover Blues:
£15 is a steal, not sure about the postage though :-o

But unfortunately you need the later and more expensive one.
