Stuck injector

Anyone got any tips about getting a seized injector out of the head on a 200 tdi ?

Range Rover Blues:
Heat and plusgas, aluminium expands at twice the rate of steel.

bogie:
Put a spanner on it and turn and wiggle it!

jimthelandyman:
the injector wont turn with a spanner its seized in solid, anyway i'll save it for the weekend.

bogie:
Fill the hole with wd leave it for while and try it,it will give !!!
