Untaxed vehicle clamping?
Range Rover Blues:
I agree that untaxed or uninsured vehicles should not be on the road, if I can't afford the tax I put it on the drive and SORN it.
Then again I don't have much time for people who can't be bothered to use their drives either. I know some pople don't have off road parking, that's a differnet issue but we have the same sort of problem, compnay cars that are abandoned in the street, despite having empty drives.
What's more annoying is they are probably insured on the bassis that they are kept on the driveway, not the road.
Anyway, if the car in question is not displaying a tax disk then it's worth another 'phone call. Want to use my 'phone?
Never having been clamped I don't know if she has the option of taxing or removing the car.
Suvvey:
We live on a footpath with a row of terraces either side. So the 2 opposing end terraces at the roadside are the only 2 lucky enough to have drives as well garages. Unfortunately I live at the opposite end and only have a green next to me  We all have garages at the rear of the properties down small private roads but the 110 won't fit and even if it did it would still never get in or out due to everyone parking infront of their garage because it is full of junk  Infact the focus regularly gets stuck because of this and I have to go get someone move their car. It does actually say on everyones deeds that they can not park out there but if I was to 'kick off' over this it would mean another 8 or more cars trying to park on the road ](*,) Besides we get on with the vast majority of them other than this one tax dodger, who doesn't seem to want to get on with anyone.
Another report has been filed so lets see what happens this time
