Help mud-club raise money for charity!
Andy,

Click on the 'Donate' button at the bottom of the forum pages... you should be taken to the screen below.

Put in the amount you would like to donate, then click on the button shown.

This should take you through the process and let you enter your details and card number, etc.

Hope that helps.

Can you do a screenshot of the screen you get and email it to me ?

On windows just hit 'prt scr' or <ctrl> and 'prt scr' to copy a screen dump to the clipboard, then open an email and in the message do a 'paste'  (or ctrl and v)  that should insert the screenshot into your mail.

Send it to tim @ muddyweb .com and I'll see if I can work out what is happening.

Cheers,
Tim Burt

Yep.. got it

On that screen, can you scroll down at all ?

There should be a Payment Details box in the bottom left, under the secure checkout button

Daft place to put it, granted, but it is there when I look at it.

I have the same screen without the 'Payment Details'.
When I click on the 'Secure Checkout' it goes back to the same screen with
'Please enter an amount greater than zero'

"Thank you for contacting PayPal. We apologize for the delay in responding
to your service request.

We are aware that some customers are receiving the message to enter an
amount greater than zero when using donation buttons that were created
without an amount. Our engineers are currently updating the servers and we
hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

I understand your frustration regarding this matter and apologize for any
inconvenience it might have caused you. "

That's the official line... so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Webcams and laptops don't like rain! Normal service will be resumed once we work out what that is!

Piglet is pretty naked now - he's almost Avalon Blue again!
