Any opinions on rav4 ???

My sisters thinking about getting a rav4, Any reviews on them anyone???
Heard they drive on road pretty well and good on fuel?
looking at a GX model with a 2.0 petrol manual.

wife has an m reg rav4 it is a 100% reliable motor we have owned it about 3 years with no probs, as for fuel it avarages about 28 to the gallon. my verdict is great car but high fuel consumsion

My missus has a 54 reg RAV.  Build quality and reliability is amazing.

Ah cheers for some feedback! its always my wife, my daughters has etc, lol, yeh iv heard good things but have ruled out now as fuel consumption same or worse than her diahatsu sportrack, now thinking of a derv freelander!?  cheers

we have an 02  diesel  2 ltr and it does 45 to 47 mpg amazing and lovley to drive well recomended
