Fill in a form (v62 )i think and go to a licencing center with MOT and Insurance

TechnoTurkey:
Fill in a V62:

http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Diol1/DoItOnline/DG_4017825

And a V10

www.dvla.gov.uk/media/pdf/forms/v10.pdf

And then pop to your local DVLA office with the MOT and Insurance, job done.  You will have to pay a £25 fee but you may, and I say may, be able to get that back from the dealer if you hassle them enough.
