d2 tyres

Jake:
Round ones, made from rubber
 :D

Disco Matt:
I ran BFG A/Ts for two years, never had any trouble on road. It handled better with those than with the road tyres it had before. They were great for rock and gravel but not so hot in mud - I switched to Insa Turbo Dakars and apart from the dreaded wet grass I've not had any trouble.

I want to switch to 245/75 R16s next time, as that looks to be the largest that will fit on a stock height Disco with a camel cut. Only snag is that the only mud pattern I can find in that size is the Kumho KL71, which I've not heard anything about?

tokkolosh:
hi guys, thanks for the advice, will make my mind up soon, the kumo's are supposed to have soft side walls, dont know how true that is though.

wizard:
After all that I have a set of 35 x 12.5 Mastercraft Coursers on the the Disco and I am very impressed with them.
I had never heard of them before but they are wearing well and have good manners on road and are excellent off road.

This has absolutley nothing to do with the original question though.

bravo669:
