Wireless Broadband help

Hi All. I currently have my main pc connected to my router via the LAN. I also have another computer connected to it wirelessly. Its a Belkin ADSL modem with Wireless G Router. Model f5s7632-4.

Ive heard that you can throttle certain computers download limit, and this is what i want to do with mine.

Does anyone know how to do this,and any software needed??
