Yes it wasn't bad Andy.
I managed to do 2 things that I promised myself last time I was there
1. Visit 'Cars Of The Stars' museum. Loads in there. Listed below.
2. Visit Donald Campbells memorial & grave at Coniston


The campsite photo was taken from here looking towards the adjacently marked 'camping' symbol.
We're on the top row & the first fully visible outfit with a silver shape (Focus) & the Discovery just visible


'The Cars Of The Stars Museum'. All are original studio/production vehicles, included;
Batmobile (original TV & 'the 'B-M Returns')

Ford Torino ('Starsky & Hutch')
Aston Martin DB5 ('Goldeneye')
FAB 1 (the promotional one built on a Bedford 'Chinese 6' chassis)
KITT (KnightRider)
Police Interceptor (Mad Max 1)
A-Team van
Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang
Captain America chopper (Easy Rider)

And my favourite & the one I wanted to take home (well that, or the Mad Max :D )

A genuine Warner Brothers 'General Lee'. A bl**dy huge great orange beast!!

Just managed to get the 'WebShots' updated with 2 albums from the weekend, just about here

Note the 'BlueBird K7 in relief at the top of the gravestone.
