Tennis elbow!!!

Been to the docs today as i,ve had a sore elbow thats been getting worse :evil: after a prod he says you,ve got tennis elbow :shock: how the hell did i get that then :-.
He then says i can help you out with an injection in the joint but it will sting a bit :shock: it didnt sting a bit i can tell you it flippin hurt like he was injecting liquid fire into me  :evil: ow ow ow still aching now

Was offered the injection, settled for tabs, which took longer to help but a heluva lot more comfy :dance:

But has now returned several years later and a lot worse :-#
