Check the play in all the UJ's and the diff pinion bearings. Another thing to check would be the wheel bearings and get the wheels rebalanced, as the loss of just one weight can cause this. Check that a steering rod isn't bent, or a track rod end really worn.
Range Rover Blues:
Check the bushes in the rear trailing links and check the rear disks inside edge for oil contamination caused by a leaking oil seal and possibly blocked breather on the axle. If tyher steering wheel pulls in your hand then check the fornt brakes for the same thing.
stretchy:
not sure about the pulling to one side but I had exactly the same problem with the vibration just a few weeks ago and it turned out to be the uj on the prop shaft
