cheers RRB

It has a Service on a regular basis and I only use Top brand stuff, (its great being in the trade to get cheap parts )

Know what you mean about the Exhaust, mine needs re making, as i ripped half it off last outing and never fixed it properly, but am going to make a Straight through system, got tubeular headers

Then use the pipe off a TDi, it has just enough silencing to work without being as restrictive.  If you can make an off-the-shefl system work you'll be glad you did nect time it gets ripped off.

Also I think the 3.5 system is routed metter as far as protection goes, although it's more difficult to change and the gearboc crossmember is slightly lower.

i just made my own system up, and she runs as sweet as a nut, i used a 50mm flexi pipe and a spare Y piece and done a twin outlet with a scilencer of an VW/ Audi with the right diameter pipe, and note  i will get pics up when i finish it off fully

Oz:
PIC's!!!! please
